My first blog post!

My first blog post! I am very excited to share with you all!  I believe that God has given us many ways to encourage one another,  and this is just another one of those tools!  I am looking forward to sharing how things go in our lives and how things change (which they seem to do rather quickly). This last year has been a wonderful and one of so many new things happening.  We got married in September and we were both working, full time till about a month before our first child,  Jayden Matthew was born,  August 2.  He was so waited for already!  He was almost two weeks overdue,  and I was ready to go back to the daycare where I was working. He is such a contented and happy baby!  Now that he is getting older and starting to work on teething is making him a bit more cranky,  and wanting to be held,  but I don't mind.  He is still very good.  Having a child of your own makes you realize your own weakness,  and how you really need to depend on the Lord for strength to do His will.  And definately,  raising children is one of the highest callings you wil ever have.  Leaning on His arms is something that I have definately had to do,  throughout the pregnancy and in his three and a half month life.  Trusting that everything will work out ok,  and that we are definately in His will.  "Blessed are all who put their trust in Him."  Psalms 2:12.
